Authorised Email Addresses
Emails from Virtuous Restaurants Ltd are sent only from the following addresses. Any other address is not authorised.
Note on virtuousrestaurants@outlook.com: This is the only authorised email address used by Virtuous Restaurants Ltd that does not originate from the @virtuousrestaurants.com domain. It is used for legacy operational correspondence only. No agreements, contracts, or legal documents are issued from this address.
Note on VCSI correspondence: driver.support@virtuousrestaurants.com and notifications@legalesign.com are both authorised communication channels for the Virtuous Contractor Standards Institute (VCSI), the compliance division of Virtuous Restaurants Ltd responsible for driver compliance correspondence.
If You Receive an Unauthorised Communication
If you receive any message claiming to be from us through any channel not listed on this page, it is not from us. You must:

- ✕Block and report the sender where possible
- ✕Treat it as a scam or impersonation attempt
Agreement and Form Confirmation Emails
Any Platform Services Agreement, Independent Driver Registration Form, Driver Supplier Agreement, or Specialist Restaurant Referrer Agreement is only valid and binding if issued from notifications@legalesign.com. Written confirmation of acceptance will be sent from an authorised @virtuousrestaurants.com address. Any agreement, form, or registration document issued from any other address or domain has no legal effect.

Authorised Domains
The only authorised websites and official digital communication domains of Virtuous Restaurants Ltd are:
This includes all pages, subdomains, and services operating under these domains. Any other website, domain, or digital presence — including those with misspellings, altered characters, additional or omitted elements, or different domain extensions — is not authorised, not affiliated, and does not represent Virtuous Restaurants Ltd in any capacity.
Automated order confirmation emails from the Platform's ordering system may originate from addresses at virtuousrestaurants.co.uk and its restaurant subdomains. These are authorised communications from the Platform's ordering infrastructure and include driver support, order confirmations, order status updates, and delivery notifications.
The sole exception to the domain rule is virtuousrestaurants@outlook.com, which is an authorised operational address confirmed in the email list above.
Effect of Unauthorised Communications
Any communication not originating from the authorised channels listed on this page shall be conclusively deemed unauthorised. Unauthorised communications:
- (a)are not made by the Company;
- (b)do not bind the Company; and
- (c)must not be relied upon under any circumstances.
You are responsible for ensuring that any message you receive comes only from an authorised channel listed on this page.
Authorised Driver Suppliers
The following individuals and organisations have been formally appointed as authorised Driver Suppliers under a signed Driver Supplier Agreement with Virtuous Restaurants Ltd. An authorised Driver Supplier's sole permitted role is to inform potential independent drivers of the existence of the Platform and direct them to virtuousrestaurants.com/become-our-driver. Nothing beyond this is authorised.
If you were referred by an individual not listed on this page, that individual is not an authorised Driver Supplier and their referral is not valid for commission purposes. Any individual claiming to be an authorised Driver Supplier whose details cannot be verified via driver.support@virtuousrestaurants.com is not authorised.
Authorised Specialist Restaurant Referrers
None currently appointedIf someone has contacted you claiming to be an authorised Specialist Restaurant Referrer on behalf of Virtuous Restaurants Ltd, contact admin@virtuousrestaurants.com only to verify before proceeding.
Both the Driver Supplier and Specialist Restaurant Referrer lists are maintained and updated exclusively by Virtuous Restaurants Ltd. The absence of any individual from these lists confirms they are not currently authorised in that capacity, regardless of any claims to the contrary.
Risk and Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, cost, or consequence arising from or in connection with reliance on any communication outside the authorised channels specified on this page.
Entire Communication Rule
This notice constitutes an absolute and exhaustive statement of all authorised communication methods. No alternative method shall be valid unless formally added by written notice issued through the authorised channels listed above. This page will be updated within 5 business days of any addition or removal of an authorised channel.
Governing Law
This notice and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
