All services are provided under a signed Platform Services Agreement. Commission structure, service scope, and operational terms are confirmed individually with each Partner Restaurant prior to signature. No service is provided, and no obligation is created, without a signed agreement.

Each restaurant featured is a verified partner of Virtuous Restaurants® selected to meet our standards.
The Virtuous Contractor Standards Institute (VCSI) is the internal compliance division of Virtuous Restaurants Ltd. It develops, maintains, and applies the compliance framework under which this platform operates. It is not a separate company or independent regulatory body.

When you join the Platform under your signed Platform Services Agreement, you receive your order management device and printer. All incoming orders arrive in real time, clearly organised, in one place.
Customers order from your dedicated page on the Platform’s infrastructure. Payments are processed through Stripe and settle directly into your account. Commission structure is confirmed in your signed agreement — no setup fees, no fixed monthly charges.
Every customer interaction, every delivery stage, and every handover is logged and traceable. Your customer’s contract is with your restaurant. Not with us.
Deliveries are carried out by registered independent drivers associated with the Platform. The Platform may also use autonomous delivery mechanisms for applicable orders.
Every delivery moves through a documented sequence. Collection is verified. Transit is tracked. Handover is confirmed by the customer’s delivery PIN or an alternative verified mechanism. Every stage is logged.
The Platform does not employ drivers. Drivers are independent contractors engaged under their own agreements.
Your relationship with the Platform is governed by your Platform Services Agreement. There is no fixed monthly subscription. You pay commission only when your customers order. The applicable notice period for ending the agreement is set out in your signed agreement.
We earn when you earn. There is no other arrangement.
The Platform creates earning opportunities for those who refer independent restaurants, and for those who wish to register as an independent delivery driver.
The Platform operates a Referral Program for those referring independent restaurants, governed by a separate signed agreement. Referrals may only be submitted following approval and execution of a signed agreement.
