Authorised Domains and Communications Notice:
Virtuous Restaurants Ltd confirms that its only authorised websites and official digital communication domains are:
This includes all pages, subdomains, and services operating under these domains (the “Authorised Domains”).
Any other website, domain, or digital presence—including those with misspellings, altered characters, additional or omitted elements, or different domain extensions—is not authorised, not affiliated, and does not represent Virtuous Restaurants Ltd in any capacity.
All official communications from Virtuous Restaurants Ltd are issued only through the Authorised Domains.
The sole exception is virtuousrestaurants@outlook.com which is an authorised operational address of Virtuous Restaurants Ltd confirmed in the email list above.
This includes automated communications such as:
These messages may be sent via systems hosted on virtuousrestaurants.co.uk and its subdomains and are part of the company’s official technology platform.
Virtuous Restaurants Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for any communication, transaction, or representation originating from any domain other than the Authorised Domains.
Users are responsible for ensuring they are interacting only with the Authorised Domains.
Unauthorised Communications
Any communication NOT originating from the channels listed above shall be conclusively deemed unauthorised, including but not limited to fraudulent or impersonated communications, regardless of appearance, content, or representation.
Unauthorised communications:
(a) are NOT made by the Company;
(b) do NOT bind the Company; and
(c) must NOT be relied upon under ANY circumstances.
YOU are responsible for ensuring that any message you receive comes ONLY from an authorised channel listed at the top of THIS PAGE.
Authorised Driver Suppliers:
The following individuals and organisations have been formally appointed as authorised Driver Suppliers under a signed Driver Supplier Agreement with Virtuous Restaurants Ltd. An authorised Driver Supplier’s sole permitted role is to inform potential independent drivers of the existence of the Platform and direct them to virtuousrestaurants.com/become-our-driver. Nothing beyond this is authorised.
Current authorised Driver Suppliers: Harry Parikh. To obtain contact details for an authorised Driver Supplier, contact driver.support@virtuousrestaurants.com. Any individual claiming to be an authorised Driver Supplier whose details cannot be verified via driver.support@virtuousrestaurants.com is not authorised.
If you were referred by an individual not listed on this page, that individual is not an authorised Driver Supplier and their referral is not valid for commission purposes. For queries contact driver.support@virtuousrestaurants.com.
This list is maintained and updated by Virtuous Restaurants Ltd. The absence of an individual from this list confirms they are not currently an authorised Driver Supplier regardless of any claims to the contrary.
Risk and Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, cost, or consequence arising from or in connection with reliance on any communication outside the authorised channels specified on this page.
Required Recipient Action
Any unauthorised communication must be treated as potential fraud or impersonation and must be immediately ignored, deleted, and, where possible, blocked or reported.
Entire Communication Rule
This notice constitutes an absolute and exhaustive statement of all authorised communication methods. No alternative method shall be valid unless formally added by written notice issued through the authorised channels listed above.
Governing Law
This notice and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
