Specialist Restaurant Referral Programme
The Virtuous Restaurants Specialist Restaurant Referral Programme allows individuals to refer independent restaurants to the Platform and earn performance-based referral rewards.
The programme is open to anyone. Drivers and non-drivers both. Participation requires a signed Specialist Referrer Agreement. No referral activity should begin before that agreement is signed and confirmed by the Platform.
HOW IT WORKS
You refer an independent restaurant to the Platform by directing them to the official enquiry form at virtuousrestaurants.com/enquiry. Your full name must be provided in the form. You must not complete or submit the form on the restaurant’s behalf.
A referral is counted only when the restaurant completes onboarding, goes live on the Platform, and completes at least one verified and settled transaction in the relevant month. The Platform’s internal records are the sole source of verification. Written confirmation is issued by the Platform when a restaurant qualifies.
All rewards are performance-based incentives. They are not wages, salary, or guaranteed income.
THE THREE TIERS
Tier progression is governed by your signed Specialist Referrer Agreement. No separate agreement is required for tier upgrades. Progression is confirmed in writing by the Platform when eligibility thresholds are met. No tier upgrade takes effect without that written confirmation.
SENIOR REFERRER TIER: Up to 10 active referred restaurants.
£50 one-off payment for each restaurant you refer that goes live on the Platform. £10 per month for each active referred restaurant.
MASTER REFERRER TIER: 11 to 25 active referred restaurants.
£75 one-off payment for each restaurant you refer that goes live on the Platform. £15 per month for each active referred restaurant — including all restaurants referred in previous tiers.
Requires written confirmation from the Platform before this tiered rate applies.
LEGENDARY REFERRER TIER: 26 or more active referred restaurants.
£100 one-off payment for each restaurant you refer that goes live on the Platform. £20 per month for each active referred restaurant — including all restaurants referred in previous tiers.

ACTIVE RESTAURANT DEFINITION
A restaurant is active for payment purposes only if it has completed at least one verified and settled transaction through the Platform in the previous month, as confirmed solely by the Platform’s internal records.
PAYMENTS
One-off payments are made in the month following the restaurant’s confirmed live date. Monthly residual payments are made on the 2nd day of each month. All payments are processed via Stripe Connect. Standard processing fees may apply.
EARNINGS TRANSPARENCY
The Platform does not provide a self-service dashboard, referral tracking interface, or earnings portal. All earnings information is communicated through authorised monthly email updates from admin@virtuousrestaurants.com. These updates confirm which restaurants you have referred, their active status for the previous month, and the amounts you are eligible to earn under your current tier.
YOUR OBLIGATIONS
You must use only the official enquiry form at virtuousrestaurants.com/enquiry for all referrals. You must not complete forms on behalf of restaurants. You must not misrepresent the Platform. You must not make promises about income, success, or approval to prospective restaurants. You must not pressure or coerce any restaurant owner. All marketing materials referencing the Platform require prior written approval from the Platform before use.
Full obligations are set out in your signed Specialist Referrer Agreement.
IMPORTANT
The tier titles — Senior Referrer, Master Referrer, Legendary Referrer — are nominal performance designations only. They carry no employment rights, no guaranteed earnings, and no performance obligations.
Participation does not create employment, worker, agency, partnership, or joint venture status with Virtuous Restaurants Ltd under any circumstances.
You are solely responsible for all tax, National Insurance, and HMRC compliance obligations arising from payments received under this programme.
No earnings are guaranteed. All rewards are conditional on verified performance and compliance with the Specialist Referrer Agreement.
The Platform’s internal records are final and binding in all matters of referral validity, active restaurant status, tier eligibility, and payment calculation.

FAQs
Who can participate in the Specialist Restaurant Referral Programme?
Anyone. Drivers registered on the Platform and non-drivers alike. Participation is open to all individuals who sign the Specialist Referrer Agreement. Driver registration is not a requirement or a prerequisite.
Do I need to sign a separate agreement for each tier?
No. You sign one Specialist Referrer Agreement when you join the programme. All three tiers are contained within that single agreement. Tier progression is confirmed in writing by the Platform when your eligibility threshold is verified. No new agreement is required at any stage.
How do I submit a referral?
Direct the restaurant to the official enquiry form at virtuousrestaurants.com/enquiry. Your full name must appear in the form. You must not complete or submit the form on the restaurant’s behalf. Referrals submitted by any other method — including email, phone, or in-person introduction — do not qualify.
When does a restaurant count as active?
A restaurant is active for payment purposes only when it has completed at least one verified and settled transaction through the Platform in the relevant month. When do I get paid?

How do tier upgrades work?
When your number of verified active referred restaurants reaches the relevant threshold — 11 for Master Referrer, 26 for Legendary Referrer — the Platform reviews your eligibility and issues a written confirmation email from admin@virtuousrestaurants.com. The upgraded rate applies from the date of that confirmation. No upgrade takes effect without written confirmation regardless of when the threshold was reached.
Are earnings guaranteed?
No. All rewards are performance-based incentives conditional on verified activity. The Platform does not guarantee any level of earnings, referral volume, or tier progression. Participation in the programme does not guarantee income of any kind.
What are my tax obligations?
You are solely responsible for all tax, National Insurance, and HMRC compliance obligations arising from payments received under this programme. The Platform does not deduct tax or National Insurance from referral payments. You should seek independent advice if you are unsure of your obligations.
